Try a blood test.  Just to be safe.

Good luck!

I'm selfish, impatient, and a little insecure. I make mistakes. I am out of control and at times hard to handle, but if you can't handle me at my worst...then you sure as hell don't deserve me at my best.     ---Marilyn Monroe

Certainly doesn't hurt anything to test and it will give you some peace of mind.

This surgery causes your hormones to go really whacky in the begining so it could be either the weightloss or pregnancy.  Since it's been 6 weeks, take a test just to be sure...but I think many women have crazy cycles after RNY.

Good luck!
