Aethyn turned one on Sept 30th! (Picture Heavy!!)

Aethyn Turned one on Sept 30th and I just thought I would share his 1 year pictures!  He had his Dr. appt today and he did great!  He had to have blood drawn and he did awesome!  He weighs 21 lbs and is 31 and some odd inches...almost 32!  He lost some weight and grew a ton!  He is perfect!

Aww!!! I can't believe he is 1 already??!! He is super cute and I love his pictures... How did you make those hamburger & fries?? So cute!!!

Thank you Erika!  I can't believe he is one already either!  Crazy! 
The big burger cake was a yellow cake mix baked in a round pan then cut in half...the "burger" was a brownie (can use chocolate cake also) Then Frosting and the "cheese" was candy clay! (White chocolate, powder sugar, corn syrup) The big french fries are pound cake and raspberry Jam.  Fun to make!
The mini burgers are vanilla wafer, then white frosting for mayo then a peanut butter cookie candy clay again for the cheese frosting for lettuce, ketchup and mustard, then another wafer...rubbed a little honey on top the sprinkled some sesame seeds on top! 
We had a Grill out on his birthday (the only day that has been/was supposed to be nice) So I thought it would be perfect for that!  LOL!!!

That is one of the most creative ideas I have seen for a cake!!

he looks like such a little man!.... omg.. that is the cutest cake ever!!! and i love those little hamburger cakes....... i like hamburgers... and cake... hmmm

OMG he is adorable!  The pictures are fantastic.  Where did you get them done?  Libby turned one yesterday and we are  having her pictures done at Portrait Innovations tomorrow.  I can't wait!  I have a few different outfits picked out so I hope she gets a good nap before we go LOL

Are you getting her cake pics done?  I had Hannah's taken at Portrait innovations.  They want you to bring a plastic table cloth to put down.   I got her cake from Walmart.  I wish I would have thought to get some ballons too!  I can't wait to see Libby's pictures!  Happy B-day!
