As most on here know, I had a miscarriage approximately 3 weeks ago.  They also did a D&C.  I was just wondering about how long after these does it take AF to show up.  The doctor wanted me to wait 6 weeks before having sex.  My hubby and I have been really good.  Now when the 6 weeks are up, it will be on.  I was just wondering how long it would take so and if it changed your cycles so I can start doing the figuring on when I need to make sure we BD.

No clue about it since I didn't have a D&C. I know mine whent right back to normal. Good luck!

I took it for three cycles (50mg); however, the month I got preggo I hadn't take it because my visit to the dr. was later than I could take.  I took mine days 5-9.  One month I got a postive surge; other's it could never be detected.  Then the month I got preggo, I did get surge with no meds; however, I believe that most likely taking clomid got my body moving.  I also take metformin too.

I had my Miscarriage and D&E (just like c but they "suck" not "scrape") on June 19th - I had bleeding for 2 weeks then 2 weeks off 2 days of spotting and a regular cycle 2 weeks later - so about 6 weeks from the D&E - I got pregnant again in August. I was told to wait 1 full cycle for a good "base" to develop back up in my uterus.

I'm kind of following in your footsteps I guess (and I hope).  I got pregnant right after you did (the first time), I miscarried right after you as well.  I'm so happy for you right now!  I'm just curious, did you get pregnant again the very first time you guys were trying?  I had my miscarriage on 7/7 and my doc said we didn't need to wait to try again (I was only 6 weeks at the time).  I waited until after I got my first regular period and then we started trying again.  I ended up having my period after that, so no, we didn't get pregnant.  I'm currently in my 2ww of officially trying for the 2nd month in a row.  I have vowed that I will not test early this go around.  It drove me crazy the last time!  Aunt Flo should arrive on Monday.  If she is not here by Wednesday then I plan to test.  It will be the 3 month anniversary of my miscarriage, so I thought getting a BFP would make for a wonderful day on that day in particular.  I was just curious if you guys were successful the first time back at it.  I had a really rough delivery with my first back in December of 07.  I tore all over the place and the doctor had to stitch me up for close to 2 hours.  He even had to sew up part of my uterus.  He said he had never seen anything like it.  He promised me that it did not do anything to permanently damage me, but after having the miscarriage in July and then not getting pregnant last month, I'm just a bit worried that something may be wrong (I know, I know, paranoid best describes me!).  Sorry for so much info and for hijacking the original post, but for some reason I wasn't able to send you a private message (I think your profile is set to private or something).  Anyway, hope all is well!  Take care of yourself and the little one!

Anyway - it was our 2nd month of trying so let's hope that works for you too!! Believe me I am totally paranoid here too! I am resting as much as possible. Hubby is barely allowed to sleep in bed let alone touch me lol, and I am trying not to lift anything or pu**** in any form. I just want this bean to stick and GROW!!

i had m/c at 16wks but no dc, actually delivered on June 13..bleed on and off one week then pg by end of july..we couldnt wait..my daughter is now 4.
