Lil update...
I get the same thing when they put me on Macro, I hate it, but it does do the trick to clear up the infection. The silent UTI (which is one with no symptoms) is actually worse for you then one that causes you to burn when you pee, because it is more likely to hang around longer unnoiticed and turn into a kidney infection (which SUCKS when you are PG). Call your doc, you might be able to take something with the pill to calm down the stomach upset and burning.
Hope you feel better soon, and I would not be shocked if once the UTI cleared up all your other problems went with it, they can be hell on the preggo body.
As for the c-section, be grateful for everyday they stay in. Just look at my little guy, he was born at 37 weeks (which is actually full term) and he still ended up in special care on a respirator because his lungs where not ready. The longer they stay in, the better the chance you will have of brining them both home with you when you leave the hospital. :) I know how uncomfortable you are, but it is worth it in the end when you all get to leave the hospital together!

Oh I know how you feel about the c-section! Mine won't even schedule one. He's letting me go until I go. Ugh. A few weeks early would be GREAT. I'm reaching maximum capacity on the stretching of the skin and it is itching and burning like MAD! I'm so exhausted too and feeling like crud.
I'm so sorry you are having such a reaction to the UTI meds. It's great your doc caught it though. Hopefully your other issues will clear up!
Here's to a quick 4 weeks!!

I am happy you at least have a date. Thats something to look forward to and count down. I hope it goes fast for you. Anything you can take to help a UTI is awesome. I have had 2 kidney infections this pregnancy with having to be hospitalised each time and its terrible. I think I am getting another one also. :( I would let them know how you feel though so maybe they can give you something to help with it. Good luck girl and let us know when you get to feeling better.
