New to the board...

So this afternoon I realized that I was 2 weeks late. I have been very regular the last several months so this was unusual. Sure enough...I'm pregnant!!!
I'm very nervous, since I'm only 6 and half months out, but reading past entries I feel a little less nervous. I'm about 20 lbs. from my goal weight and have slowed down a lot. will that help us stay healthy? 
I just wanted to introduce myself as I'm sure that I will have lots of questions in the months to come. Any advice for a worried mamma?

Welcome and congrats!!  Glad you read past entries as there are so many people here that this happens too and we kind of end up repeating ourselves.  LOL.

Take your prenatal or add a folic to your current regime, drink plenty of fluids, and add some good carbs back into your diet.  Oh and keep up on your labs!!
