OT: Hungry Girl Website

Are any of you familiar with this website?  I know that I've heard of Hungry Girl before, but just happened upon her website today.  It had some really good looking recipes that were low in sugar as well as suggested "health food" products.   In particular, in the "Chew the Right Thing" section, she remakes popular recipes to make them healthier, but they all still look delicious!   I printed a ton of stuff off.  Just thought you guys might like it, too.  Of course, I might be the only one who hasn't seen it before. ;)

Whatever you do, do not, I repeat, DO NOT buy those tofu shirataki noodles that a lot of her recipes have.  

So vile and so not even close to the real thing. 

I am so glad you said this, I have one of her cook books and have been going crazy trying to find those noodles. I will give up the quest, now.

Yeah, you don't have to worry about me buying tofu ANYTHING.  I'm adventurous, but that's asking too much.

I agree - the tofu noodles are NASTY. i usually just substitute with spaghetti squash - works well with most recipes.
