So on Sunday I finally got a hold of my OB. She told me not to worry it is normal as long as the contractions are not coming frequently. But she did want me to lay down and put my feet up and relax. That wasn't good enough for me. I called my schools health center nurses line (I am very familiar with my nurses staff and they know my situation and my entire health history off the tops of their head...most of them anyways...yes this is how prone I am to getting sick) and they called the womens health center in town and got me an immediate appt even though they were getting ready to close. When I got there the OB/GYN was still there and the nurse. She checked me and said I am still closed so nothing to worry about and she checked the heartbeat which was nice and strong. No u/s since that department was already closed. However she did tell me that I need to relax and maybe my course load at school is too much because I have been stressing over classes (I am taking 5 classes or 20 credits) and that everything complied on everything could have been what caused the cramping. So I am dropping a class and am going to try my hardest to just relax.

Thanks everyone who gave me advice. I really appreciated it.

This is so good to hear! I know dropping a class probably wasn't up your alley, trust me.. this is a goal you set and a goal you will achieve. Take it easy, rest and put your best foot forward without allowing that foot to stress you. I will keep you in my prayers!

OH YAY!  I was worried about you yesterday!  I was gonna post if anyone had heard but I didn't know your real name.  LOL.
20 credits is alot!  Glad you are dropping one class.  I had to take a full load up until this quarter and it kicked my butt...of course I have two other children but still.  You need to take some more time for yourself girl!

Good luck and glad you and baby are ok!!

Hey Simone,

I am soooo glad to hear that you are doing better.  20 credits are no joke and stress will cause many different ailments, so try to take it easy.

Take care,

Kim
