Well since none of those families are low income that wouldn't apply.  Not to mention it's grossly unfair that a middle class family would be put in that position. 

All agencies have loopholes, I know, but it doesn't make it right.   They are going to get a rash of crap if they actually prosecute this women especially since she has gone public.  

I think it's crap and BS that my own parents could potentially face fines and jail if I asked them to watch my kids.   The whole thing ****** me off.  Can you tell?    LOL   

OMG. I work for goverment and I can't STAND it when they get all uppity about this kind of stuff.... then again I am kinda use to it, I live in California!

I think MI DHS needs to focus on kids that are in real harm and stop wasting tax payers money worrying about **** that isn't harmful.  ie, another paren****ching someone else's kids for a few min. before the bus arrives! Come on that's just stupid!

What about the kids living in abusive homes or in a house where crack pipes are laying around!

That's what's wrong with the USA they wanna focus on the stupid **** and not what really matters! UGHHHH! It saddens me that our country is the way it is today!
