a confessional... I'm scared...

Liz, I find it's so common to feel this way when preggo. So many people on here have already stated it, and many people amongst friends and family have said the same thing. So I guess it's normal to have those feelings.

I, on the other hand was always opposite. I wanted it more, craved it more and not sure if it was just hormones or the emotional part of it or what.

But it won't be enjoyable if you are scared and uncomfortable. So if you are going to pull a "Julie" (he he), and avoid it, have a talk with Chris. He will understand. He may not LIKE it but he will understand.

When life hands you lemons, ask for tequila & salt and give me a call!

I "think" I'll be more OK with it after I get to see the little one next thursday  (God Willing)

Either way I'm going to talk to Chris about it this weekend. I was so afraid of worrying him but then last night I realized that he is probably already worried but doesn't want to tell me! lol crazy how we try to protect eachother from the same thing.

Thanks Jodi :)

Liz,
I was on pelvic rest during my entire pregnancy. Hubby wasn't too happy but he totally understood.

Liz,

I know how you feel... with Nick... hubby and I had sex maybe 5 times my entire pregnancy and each time I was so paranoid that something would happen to the baby even though I knew logically that nothing would happen. Thankfully I have a very loving, very PATIENT husband. I'm sure your hubby will be understanding and will be supportive of your feelings.

WOW, so I'm not the only one! My rule is that we can't have sex until after the 1st trimester. It worked to our favor last pregnancy, so we're going with again this pregnancy! I know it's just superstition, but it makes me feel like I'm doing something and that feels good. Good thing I have a VERY understanding hubby!
