HAPPY WEIGH DAY I AM OVERWEIGHT!!!!!!!!
I have been in tears since I weighed. I have been obese for 18 years. 18 YEARS I have been obese and now I am overweight. My weight last week was 177 on the nose and today it is 172.4. A 4.6 loss after a 3 week stall. Total loss so far is just over 67 pounds. Total loss since my WLS over 6 years ago is just over 181 pounds.
Here is what I did different this week. My walking stayed the same at an hour a day but I did it at the same time each day due to school being open. I walk at the school and now have to wait until 4:15 to walk.
I spent 30-45 minutes at the gym M-F. 15 minutes eliptical, 15 minutes treadmill at 4mph, and a once I did 15 minutes on the bike and 5 minutes on the bike.
I made sure my fiber was over 30 each day. Most days it was over 34.
I know from Facebook that some of you are not weighing. Hopefully things get back on track for you this week. Also, I will have my before picture scanned this week if I can find a place or if anyone wants to volunteer to scan it for me. I live in the boonies and I don't think any place around here has a scanner.

Yay! Congratulations! I am so happy that you are overweight - LOL! That is really great; isn't it the best feeling? Next hurdle will be going from overweight to normal; that's what I am trying to accomplish. Last week I was 155.4, and this week I am down a pound to 154.4. I have pretty much been yo-yoing, but that is my own fault. I was doing well this week (and still did pretty well overall), but I blew it on Saturday. I'm still shooting for 145, which would be normal (and my lowest ever), but it will take awhile to get there at this rate, but that's ok. I don't just want to get there really quickly and not be able to maintain.

I was so hapy to see that BMI start with a 2. It was 29.44 I think. Firmly in the 20's. Even if I have a small gain next week which seems to be my pattern lately I won't go back over the 30 mark.
Congratulations on your loss! You are so close to goal! I can't even imagine how it would be to be that close. I need to lose around 27 to be normal but I am shooting to be deeply into normal at 130 so 42.4 pounds to go.

Congratulations! Having been obese my entire life (from my memories as a child until after my WLS)- I know how good that must feel. I can't wait to get my baby weight off and go back into the overweight / almost "normal" bmi. I never make time to get on my facebook- but I am offically there. LOL Keep up your hard work and over 180 pounds is AMAZING.
