I tried that but it isn't coming out. Maybe if I go outside in the natural light.

Congratulations on the loss. Even though you don't want to lose too much, it still is nice to not have much gain in the early months

Well I got on the scale this morning as always. I was 198(roughly) last week and back down to 196 this week. The morning sickness is catching up with me. I am also struggling to get in all my calories so that is my goal this week.
