Big Fat SHOCKING Positive.
Some of you might remember that I posted a couple of weeks ago that I felt like I might be having pregnancy symptoms, but didn't think that was likely because dh and I were out of town when we "should" have been BDing.
Well....A few days later, dh convinced me to take a test, and I did even though I knew it was a little early. It was negative (of course). So I thought I would wait until my period was due before thinking about taking another one. I started bleeding on the day I expected my period, accepted that I wasn't pg, and started thinking about next month. But my period was extremely scant compared to normal and I was still showing a few symptoms. I still didn't think it was likely but just kept having a nagging hope since I've heard of several people mistaking implant bleeding for a period. So I snuck out of bed one morning thinking I will take another test, read "not pregnant" again, and put the fantasy suspicions behind me for this month. But it said "pregnant" !!!!!
The funny thing is I didn't want to tell dh without it being REALLY confirmed and that was my only test, so I drove 30 miles to Walmart in the next town after dropping my kiddos at school to buy more tests. (We live in a very small town, so I didn't want anyone local to know I bought a test.) The next two I took were posivite, too. ;)
I feel really good so far (knock on wood). I had a lot of morning sickness with both of my boys, so feeling normal seems bizarre. I've been tempted everyday to take another test to make sure I still am pregnant. Is this psycho or what?

congrats!! and I took tests for a week after I got my BFP. moslty because I loved seeing those two lines!
