This is totally off topic but I wanted to see if anyone had any good meatball receipes that are baked and not fried that you have tried and liked?

Thanks for any ideas.

Oh yay, a food question.   LOL    ; )

1 small onion, grated
1/4 cup chopped fre****alian parsley leaves
1 large egg
3 tablespoons ketchup
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 cup grated Pecorino Romano
1/3 cup grated parmesan
1/4 Italian bread crumbs
1/2 pound ground pork or veal
1/2 pound ground chuck (you can use sirloin, but you may want to add a little more egg to keep moist)
Few splashes Worcestershire sauce
A couple of liberal dashes of garlic powder (not salt)    Cannot help it, I love garlic.

I don't bake my meatballs, but you could bake them and I'm sure they would be just as yum.  Just make sure you spray the baking sheet with Pam or rub a little olive oil on the bottom first.  Bake at 375 until cooked through.  Probably 25 minutes maybe depending on how big you make them.    Serve with your favorite marinara sauce.

Yum....lol....totally making spaghetti and meatballs tonight....my recipe was pretty basic so want to try a new one. The Worcestershire is not *screaming* is it, hubby thinks he hates it but if I can sneak it in he is ok...the man is weird...thinks he hates garlic and butter too!
I was watching Dinner Impossible last night and they did a reverse....meatballs stuffed with spaghetti.....looked gross and good at the same time!

No it's just a scant amount.  Like a few quick dashes.   You can leave it out completely.  It's not going to change the flavor all that much.
