I was on the PC and all of the sudden I got dizzy
my heart started beating really fast and my vision a little blurry.
So I walked over to my neighboor hood pharmacy to use the blood pressure machine.
and it reads  SYSTOLIC = 130
                        DIASTOLIC = 80

I think thats pretty normal...atleast not to abnormal?
Sorry to bother I just dont want to go back to the ER atleast not right now...
I feel depressed I think im letting my thoughs of all the bad things that can go wrong get to me.

Keep in mind that you are expecting. Feeling dizzy, elevated heart rate & blurred vision. Try laying down and if it gets worse call your ob or go to the er.

Sorry you are still not feeling the best.....140/90 is what is considered borderline high on BP....so you seem fine (of course I am not a doctor)....make sure you continue to drink your water and not get dehydrated and if you are not feeling any better, please do not risk anything because y ou don't want to go back to ER...you are in a very fragile state right now and if you have to go back to the hospital then please do not hesitate....

Thoughts and prayers for you!

 Palpitations during pregnancy are very normal.  I had them from my 2nd trimester to the finish.  Just be careful, that when you get dizzy you sit down immediately so that you don't fall and hurt yourself.  It's also quite possible that by the time you got to the pharmacy your heart rate was back to normal.  Normally when I felt like that, I would be out shopping at Walmart or a drugstore so I had super quick access to a bp machine and mine was reading in the 80's over 60's... when it was normally 110/75.

Just keep an eye on it.. and use your intuition.. . If your gut says to go to the ER.. then go!  Definitely bring it up to the doctor/call them tomorrow to inform them what is going on.

 Hi Jessica,

He is doing really well.  Cooing away in his crib at the moment... lol.  As for myself, I am doing okay... I've been better.  I'm still really sore and keep overdoing things and setting my healing back a few days because I don't know how to follow orders.  I'm also still emotional but not near as bad as I was 2 weeks ago.  Other than that, I LOVEEEEE being a mommy.  Never would have imagined that I could feel this way about anyone in my life.

Thanks for asking!  How are you?

I wouldnt walk anywhere when you feel that - lie down in a cool room - put a cold washcloth on ur head - go check ur bp later when ur feeling better.  I have always had and still have low bp but in the beginning I would walk a block and get so out of breath and my heart was racing... I told my Dr and she said that in the 1st trimester the pregnancy hormones are working double time and causing you to take extra breaths and deeper breaths and when you dont it results in that feeling of not being able to catch your breath.  She said its all normal.  Lying down and concentrating on taking deep breaths is the fix.
