Tomorrow is WEIGH DAY!
I did so good this week and just KNEW my weigh in tomorrow would be great then.....I got my period 5 days early EEK. Now unlike most women, I lose while on it so we will see. I don't think I have ever weighed 24 hours in though. I worked my butt off this week. 7 hours of walking outside, 1 hour 15 minutes of eliptical, 1 hour 15 minutes of treadmill at 4mph, 20 minutes of exercise bike. My fiber was between 34 and 44 grams a day all week, my calories were 1400 or lower except for one day I went over by 15 AND I have pooped twice this week which must be a record.....I know I know TMI but it is a sad fact and I am convinced my slow weight loss has something to do with my really slow bowels.
