Baby Slings
I didn't use a sling with my 1st baby but did use one with my 2nd and she LOVES it still...and she's 9m old. I didn't use a 'sling' but rather a wrap. This is the one I got...
I got it at www.loveyduds.com .

I didn't use slings with my first two (honestly couldn't figure it out how it was supposed to help, I felt like he was gonna fall out all the time.) But this 3rd time around I saw a mother with a nearly identical body shape as mine and she carried the baby very easily with no hands. I was astounded and had to try it out. Now I love mine too. It's so much better to put him in and walk with my other kids more freely. Worth every penny in my experience.
I got mine at http://bundleoflove.net/. I've heard it called a "peanutshell" style sling and there are a few other companies that make them this way (including thepeanutshell.com and I have seen them at babies-r-us also) but I chose the bundleoflove because they make each one to order, adjust very securely and account for larger size women.

I am not alone, neither are you.
