I would def. call the OB right away. That can be a sign of preterm labor. Also diarhea can cause dehydration and also give you contractions. Sounds like you should be seen either way. Being pregnant with twins can put you at even higher risk. I don't want to worry you but preterm labor feels different that term labor. Hope this helps. Keep us posted.

Hope you are ok! I haven't seen you respond. I would be calling the OB's office just to double check...are you having weekly appts? Unless your next appt is Monday, I'd call and ask them if it sounds like something you should come in for. I've heard of jacked-up plumbing leading to labor so better to be safe than sorry!
