Pregnant with the flu....
I'm on the mend. I started feeling HORRIBLE out of nowhere Tuesday evening so I went to the urgent care clinic down the road and was positive for the flu... the very beginnings of the flu. I was prescribed tamiflu and according to my OB, pharmacist, and the doc at the clinic, it was safe. I only took three of them and it did a world of good.
So now I just feel zonked even more than usual.
On a positive note, the all day sickness left me alone for those few days. SUPPOSEDLY week 9 is the WORST for morning sickness and it'll start to ease up from here. FINGERS CROSSED!!
Just wanted to let everyone know that pregnant women can survive the flu :-). I was SICK for about 24 hours then icky for another day, and since yesterday I just feel exhausted and a little weak. That tamiflu stuff ROCKS.
