The end of the story of Cheri.

Cheri plead guilty on September 14th for her crimes against us.

The plea agreement was for 5 years concurrent with her current sentence.  I believe she is serving until 2017 or so.  I'm not exact -- I've had no sleep and am a bit fuzzy with breathing, much less this *****'s bye bye time.

She will be sentenced on November 13th at 10:00am.

I will be writing a letter to be read to the court and placed in the record.  If anyone else is interested in doing so, I can provide the address.  If not, I understand.

As soon as that letter is completed, I will never speak the *****'s name again.  Ever.  I would appreciate it if any further requests for information be sent to Sam or anyone else familiar with the case as I'd like for this chapter of my life to be OVER.

I'm much more fond of CONSECUTIVE sentences than concurrent...but hope she rots for a while.

I remember seeing a little bit of this when I lurk on the R&R board and I am so glad she got what she deserved!

Thanks for the update. I can only imagine the mental and emotional strain it all caused. Such an sad state of affairs!

Who is Cheri? What did she do?

 Long story short. She was a frequent poster of this board.   She faked having breast cancer and scammed money from a lot of compassionate people here.   Just seeing her name makes me cringe.

I would love to know some history about this because I have heard some tid-bits over the months but still have no idea what actually happened! Please fill me in!

***** is right. I wast just thinking to myself if was almost exactly a year ago I did a cancer walk in her honor. This year it will be for my OB - someone who truly deserves it.
