Bottles

I know I have asked before, I'm too lazy to go back through my old posts, BITE ME!  : P

I am just now getting the kids off bottles, well at least trying to.   We used Avent with them.   I HATE AVENT BOTTLES!   They leak therefore they suck.

I tried a few other brands with them, but we always ended up going back to stupid Avent.   I refuse to use these stupid bottles for Maryn.

In addition to Avent we tried the Playtex drop-ins, NUK, Playtex Ventaire (sp?  I think that's what they were called), and some el cheapo Evenflow something or other.   Hated them all.

What do you use and love?    I'm hemming and hawing between Dr. Brown's and Born Free.

All suggestions welcome.    : )

I only use the Vent Aire. I did for Riley and do for Jantzen. I don't have any trouble with them at all.

When life hands you lemons, ask for tequila & salt and give me a call!

I also have used the Avent and wont again , they leak horribly.

I am currently using the Vent Aire, and also the Dr. Browns. I prefer Dr. Browns, the glass bottles.

Both kinds of these bottles are a little annoying when it comes to cleaning them. Lots of things to take apart and clean, sanitize, bleach, etc.....

i love dr browns... yes they are alot to clean.... but its worth it esp if your child has reflux... or gas issues.. only downside is they are kind of expensive... like 13 bucks for 3

When I have had to leave Mia on very rare occasions we used the Born Free and Adiri Nursers. I have been very cautious of using anything plastic-y so Born Free were glass, but I noticed they started making a pthalate free sippy cup that seems cool.

Good Luck!

After trying Avent, Nuk, and Ventaire, I finally settled with Parent's Choice. They were just regular old bottles, nothing fancy. And inexpensive too.  ;)

We have not used any bottles yet for the new baby, but I bought Dr. Brown's for when we do.

I got them from Amazon, $10 for three 8 ounce bottles, it was the cheapest I could find them.

In the New and Used section they are even cheaper, if you are willing to take a chance and order from an individual rather then Amazon.

btw, is Maryn going to be pronounced like Marian/Marion or Mar-n?
