I'm going to be sick!

Is anyone watching The Today Show?   This story about the couple who had their embryos implanted in another couple by mistake makes me want to throw up.  

IT'S A MICHIGAN CASE!    I happen to be good friends with one of the attorneys handling the case from the MI side (the other couple is from Ohio).   She obviously cannot share anything with me so I have no idea if it's my clinic or not.  

Now I have complete confidence in my clinic and the Dr's and staff that work there, but still.  You hear a story like that and it puts that little seed of doubt in the back of your head.  

I'm just sick over this story.   Those poor couples.  

That is just horrible!!

My prayers go out to the family involved!

It is sooooooo heart breaking. I can't even imagine. And then for the woman to not be able to carry another child. UGH! So scary!

I couldn't imagine and they have advise she will not be able to carry anymore babies. I feel awful for them!

I haven't seen anything about the case but HOW HORRIBLE!!! That is just devestating.

You know what. I saw this on yahoo news, online. I could not believe it. I believe they gave her two options. To terminate the pregnancy or go through with (full term) and give the baby up. The doctors told her this is her last pregnancy and she will not be able to have more. Just keep them uplifted. I am curious how the law suit will go.

I cant imagine how awful that is for everyone involved. How heart breaking!!

There was a fast, like 1 min, segment about this on our news last night.  Sad and crazy!

What a friggin' mess.  Although I also have full confidence in my RE, I also wondered if it was their Michigan clinic.  I don't know how they figured it out and and what point in the pregnancy (I only hope sooner rather than later).  I wonder if the mom who is not carrying the baby would consider paying the gift forward and carrying the other woman's baby for her?  They were thinking of trying again...

how sad was that.  my mom called me and told me to turn it on the other day.  I was heartbroken for that poor woman!  If I were the other parents, I would implant her embroys in me and surrogate them...
