trying not to panic
Hey Liz,
I had congestion Monday and stayed home because I was also nauseous and had a headache. I am so exhausted that I could go to sleep now and I had a full nights sleep. I think you should rest as much as you can and put your feet up when you get home. I know its hard for us who have had miscarriages to accept the ups and downs of pregnancy w/o the worry that it might happen again, but we have to pass on the good-everything's going to be okay vibes to our baby. Lets help each other out because I'm sure I'll have my bad days just as often. Take care!

I hope the spotting's gone away and that you're feeling better - cold wise and baby wise. Let us know how you're doing...and talk to your DH...even if nothing's going on any more...you need his support going through this after your mc just so you don't go batty.
