You're coming to Mall of America? How come? Shopping, I'd imagine?? :) I live about 10 minutes from there.

Edit-- Oops I guess it would've helped to scroll down and read everyone else's post after yours. LOL. And no, the casino (not sure which one you're referring to, Mystic Lake maybe?) is not in the Mall. Gambling is only allowed on Indian territory here in MN.

I am not happy this morning at all. Last week 176.6 this week 177 on the nose. I am starting to really get frustrated because I walked 30 miles this week. I've walked over 515 miles to lose 63 pounds. I even pooped twice this week which made me really feel like I would have a good loss.
It could be water since I was at a party yesterday and had 2 servings of pretzels, a piece of cake and a chocolate bar. My calories came in about 1800 for the day which was about 400 high but my sodium was about double.
Some things I am going to start this week. 16 oz of water first thing in the morning before I eat anything. Even though I drink at least 100 oz a day, most of that is tea.
Weights. I'm not sure how to do them but I have to work the weight room at the school on Friday so I am going to give them a try.

Your right, I will not give up but I'm still mad. You have walked ALOT farther than me and your weight is doing what mine is, discouraging for both of us but we will lose next week. I am going to do the same as you 16 oz before anything to eat. Even though I count points I am going to cut most carbs out and see if that helps.
I haven't lost anything. I only have about 7-8 pounds to get to goal. But I have been at this for 5 months and have only lost 10 pounds. I am wondering if I am at my body's "comfortable" weight. I am doing all the right things so I just don't feel like I am able to lose anymore unless I do something drastic which I refuse to do. I am not going to starve myself for the sake of a few pounds, just to gain it right back.
I am going to continue to eat well, exercise when I can, etc. I am just facing the fact that I just might be at my lowest and will have to maintain at it.
