weekly weigh in
Liz,
I feel like giving up I wasn't even going to post this morning. I haven't lost any weight in two weeks, still sitting at 234 and I been exercising and eating so good, counting my points. I don't know what the problem is I usually do so good with weight loss, as I am a fast loser. But as of this morning I am pretty damn discouraged and so bloated still. Vannah will be 6 weeks on Wednesday and all I have lost from her is 20 pounds, I am so sad, I know I can't compare is but at 6 weeks PP with Nylah I was down 40 pounds

If you give up you will gain. That is what I did and was almost back to my 9 month pregnant weight when I did finally begin. I am stuck also and it sucks but I have to believe that I will have another big week eventually. I just read a blog where the woman stalled for 9 weeks but kept it up. In 4 weeks since her stall ended she has lost 12 pounds doing nothing different. Since you are doing similar to me in eating, look at it as a lifestyle change and know the weight will come off.
Last week - 155.6, this week 155.4. I am very surpised and grateful because all I did this past week was eat! I want to lose the weight eventually, but I am not unhappy with where I am as long as I maintain. But... I know it will be easier to stay focused and motivated when it comes closer to the time my husband returns. Kind of a backwards way of looking at things, but I guess it worked last time when he came home on leave.
Have a good week, everyone!

I saw your ticker right away when you first put it up! I am excited about that trip. Did you have in mind to do anything besides the Mall? The Mall is plenty to keep you busy, especially with the aquarium and amusement park. Last time we went in 2007, we did it all in one day but definitely could have spent more time there. As soon as we buy our house, I'm going to start saving for this trip. We may try and get to a Twins game, too if they are at home that weekend. Ikea is also very close to the Mall.
You are doing so awesome; your BMI will be in the 20s very soon. I am about 10-11 pounds from the border of overweight and normal. Keep up the great work and you will continue to see results. Even if it gets slow sometimes, don't ever give up; that's how we got to be obese in the first place (at least that's one of the reasons I got there).

I am excited too. I am nervous about being away from my little ones for 3 full days but it is still a year away and they will be bigger! Hopefully Riley will be weaned by then LOL. The kid is seriously addicted.
My convention is over every day at 4pm and one of the days I am doing a junket over to some casino. Here is the itenerary of the convention. http://www.mn2010.org/
I will have to study the mall's website to make sure I see and do everything I can.

For some reason I was thinking the kids were going with you. Is Paul going, or are you going alone? I hope you don't mind Joe and Charlotte. We'd probably just make it a family weekend, and then we could decide where/when would be best to meet up... we'll pretty much go by your schedule, as you are the one with other obligations; we will be pretty much open.
