This is my first after wls surgery also. Everything is different but its me having issues not so much the baby. My last child came at 35 weeks so I know how you feel. After I had my gallbladder removed last week I had contractions also and now my cervix is completely gone there so they say I have to be careful now. Other than that she is growing well for me and everything with my baby girl has been fine.
Just wanted to say wecome to you though and congrats on your success so far.

Welcome and congrats! My last pregnancy I was induced at 39+ weeks with a 10.5 lb baby boy - so no WLS issues. And I got pregnant 4 months post op. ;-) This time with the twins I'm 29 weeks so far and although I have TONS of BH contractions, no cervical changes so they are staying put - thank goodness. :-)
Good luck! Hope your little one stays in for a few more weeks!
