yep its bloat and water gain.

the baby is so small an the uterus isn't even out of the pelvis for another 2 months or so...so yea...its bloat

I agree that it is bloat.  I really bloated up early on and now it has subsided.  I just have a little baby bump under the excess skin.  Now, I am wondering when I will actually get a belly.

Just a guess but maybe you just has a small torso so anything that is growing in there is pushing out. I have heard that women show at different times just because of our body make up. I did have to start unbottoning my pants by about 8 weeks along but even now no one really notices. I'm sure they are assuming I'm just fat.
