Rant- I'm in serious need.... LONG

I think I now understand where the term "***** slap" comes from.  Seriously.

I do believe you can file a police report and there is a way for the telephone company to block certain numbers from calling....I do know for sure that your telephone company can block all "private", "restricted" or "withheld" numbers from your phone line.  The caller then gets a message after dialing your number, "we're sorry, this number does not accept calls from private numbers".  End of story.
