morning sickness - need suggestions!!
The best thing for me was to wake up, puke, and get it done and over with. (i was sic****il labour)
There were days however that I woke up early, and didn't get sick....... but i would have to eat something asap, otherwise 30 min later i was over the toilet.
As ffor your co-workers, if they see ya just say you "feel bad" but that your sure it will go away ( just don't mention, the 'in a few months part") Later, when you decide to share just say you wanted to know the baby was ok, before you let everyone know you were expecting. Most peepss respect that answer.
Goodluck and congrats!

Concealer, good foundation and a hat?! LOL
Ok, I have to second what Lexa posted. For my 1st PG, I survived on flat diet ginger ale and stove-popped popcorn with salt every morning. It was odd. It wasn't nutritious. But I kept it down and managed to look alive. I also blamed a bad case of seasonal allergies (which I do NOT have) on my bloodshot eyes (from vomiting) and wary appearance.
I'm hoping that being this sick so early out is a GREAT sign...hang in there Liz!
Hugs,
