Some common terms:

TTC - trying to conceive
BFP - big fat positive (positive pregnancy test)
BFN - big fat negative (negative pregnancy test)
CD - the day of your menstrual cycle
O - ovulation
DPO - days past ovulation
LP - luteal phase (time from ovulation to period)
AF - aunt flow ( your period)
PG - pregnant/pregnancy
MC - misscarriage
RE - reproductive endocrinologist
OPK - ovulation prediction kit
CL - coverline ( for those taking their temps to confirm ovulation)
Met - metformin or glucophage ( a diabetes medication sometimes taken to help hormone levels and ovulation)
BD - baby dancing ( having timed intercourse)
DTD - doing the deed
IUI - inter uterine insemination
IVF - in vitro fertilization
PCOS - polycystic ovarian syndrome
POAS - pee on a stick (taking a pregnancy test)
2WW - two week wait...time from ovulation until you can test for pg

Thanks Shari!  We're getting closer.  My HCG was 120 yesterday so hopefully by this time next week it'll be down low enough that my body can get back to the baby making business.  Crossing my fingers, and sending up prayers for BFPs and sticky baby dust for everyone!

 She is here!!!!! AF Finally came. I am on CD 4. I will be tracking my OPK's as soon as she leaves. 
Congrats to all the new BFP's. Hope we can add some more to the list really soon.

LOL I agree with Cathie. Anyway, nope, we haven't used anything yet. Well, I did sign up on fertilityfriend and that's what I am going by. Starting the 2ww.
