28/29 week appt and ultrasound

The babies are big and beautiful!  :-)  I had an ultrasound today and an appt with my OB.  Baby A is head-down and baby B is breech.  No big deal since I'll be having a c-section anyway, but now I know who's kicking me where and who's butt is who's.  LOL.

We got to see their big chubby cheeks and saw them breathing and waving and blinking.  It was incredible!  A is 2lbs 10 oz and B is 2 lbs 13 oz and measuring right now target at 50 and 54th %. 

Anyway, had to share!  I've been having BH contractions like crazy all day - every day.  Even when I sleep.  By my 11 am appt I'd had over 10+.  But, they checked my cervix and it's still closed and long.  WHEW! 

I know not too many people are interested in all this but I've just been so stressed and worried about having 4 kids 5 yo and under and have been so exhausted with a lot of pain so this really made me happy!

Ulrasounds are always the highlight of my appointments.  Glad to hear everything is going well.

Glad to hear everything went well!!!! So crazy seems like we were just having Bailey & Kellen the other day!!!

You will figure it out - no doubt you will want to pull out your hair sometimes, but you are strong enough to handle it! :)

OK, I pull my hair out with TWO, I have no idea what will happen with FOUR!  We took Kellen with us to my ultrasound and appt because the babysitter got influenza. YEAH, NEVER DOING THAT AGAIN.  Total SPAZ!  He's such a handful.  Holden doesn't worry me but this little monster does.  Then I think, how am I going to get both babies down stairs, feed them, change them, etc...when I have the others to manage.  Ugh....I may need to get some anxiety pills!  LOL!

Like Dawn said you will want to pull your hair out sometimes but you will do just fine once you get a routine. Glad all went well with your ultra sound and keep them little girls baking a while longer!

Sounds like they are growing well!! I love hearing about great things!!

AWESOME news!!! Love that you can now tell who is kicking you! lol You'll know the trouble maker before they are born :)

I am sure that you'll do just great with 4 kids - it'll be fun with them all so close in age!

Liz, I only get CRAPPY pictures.  :-(  I don't know if it's because they are so crammed in there or what but they are blurry and I can't even make out WHAT they are.  Usually she just gives me an "arm" or "foot" - today I got a picture of their faces but they look like grey blobs or a rorscha*****blot test.
