TMI....Tata Troubles
So ever since I got PG, they've been growing and growing and growing until I'm back into my preop bras.....a 36C to 40D upgrade. Good for the sag factor and my figure but bad for my poor back. I was a pear before and now I'm so front heavy and getting heavier that my spine is in shock and giving me grief. But heres the real thing. I am 18.5 weeks out and starting to ooze clear stuff from my nipples....eww. Plus I woke this morning and had rippling beneath the surface of my right breast. No pain or redness or other indications of infection but I am concerned. Is this a normal thing? I think my bra was too tight so I upped t my biggest pro op one and the bumpiness seems to have diminished but I'm still producing the clear stuff. Is this early lactation? I didn't think that was supposed to kick in for months yet. Thoughts advise opinions? I see the doc next week but should I call now?

I have heard of people leaking colostrum as early as you, so thats prolly what it is. And I totally hear you on the ballooning of the breasts - it was great when they 'filled in' after losing so much weight, but now they are just swolled up like ticks. Have you tried getting a maternity bra? I've heard they are delightful - extra supportive and comfortable. Probably moreso than the pre-op bras, although I am doing the same thing - I am wearing my pre-op bras because I am too cheap to go buy maternity ones.
Not sure what the rippling could be - perhaps just the way you were sleeping? I am sure a call to the OB wouldn't hurt.

I had early leaking too. Doc said that it's not usual but it does happen. It stopped after a few days.
With my last pregnancy I went from a 38 B/C to a 38 G. And I still didn't produce enough milk to feed my baby! WTH?! lol.
I'd invest in a good bra or back brace or something. I hear Nordstrom has a really good one.
Good luck!
