Am i pregnant? OR NOT?!

So i recently got married. Aug. 29th! and i was ovulating on our wedding night. I joked about how cute would it be if we got pregnant on our wedding night. Well here i am 5 days late, i took a test and i got a positive. well.......... sorta. it was just a shade under. It wasnt a faint, it was actually very clear, but not as dark as the other line. So my husband, being the cynic that he is, doesnt trust the results because the line isnt dark enough. So he went and bought another dollar store test. and this one is negative =(.......
which one should i believe??????? i did drink water while we were going to the store so im wondering did i "water down" the pee??
im praying im pregnant, but could it have just been a mistake?

they say a line is a line!!! I'd test again in the morning but it sounds like you are pregnant :) Keep us posted!

ETA - I would get a digital - take out the guesswork!

I would definitely try with your first morning urine tomorrow and see what comes up...if you still haven't gotten your period, wait a few days and test again.

I would test with a First Response or an Answer brand... Dollar Tree ones arent always reliable.

your over five days late, get a Clear Blue Easy Digital and take it in the AM with morning pee

I took a CBE digital this morning one day early so it works :)

You might even want to go for the one that it's a clear "pregnant" or "Not".  Even though we had been TTC for nearly two years, the month I got pregnant, I wasn't on fertility meds  or anything, so I didn't expect it.  The day I took the test I knew my AF was coming any min; I just felt it with cramps, etc.  Then I had the "+" type at the house, when it still hadn't come by the time I got home.  You could just barely see it on the two I took.  My hubby and I both saw it, but still didn't believe it....so we wanted to see the words.  The next morning, the words came up faster than I could finish peeing on the stick....and then it sunk in.....even with my hubby!  Anyways, long answer for a short question...LOL.  Good Luch-Stacey

Sounds to me like you could very well be pg...but go buy a few of the recommended brands of sticks and get to peeing!  I hope they come up with a BFP for you!

HA HA... My hubby and I recently go married. March 14th 09. I found out i was pregnant may 1. LOL it can happen. WE were NOT trying at all!!

Im pretty sure our baby was conceived in San Fran when we were on our honeymoon!!! Dang those mixed drinks went down way to easy!!!
