Tomorrow is WEIGH DAY!!
So how do you think you did this week? I had a surprise gain last week of almost 2 pounds so I am CERTAIN it has left and hopefully taken a friend with it. I am so close to being out of the OBESE BMI. I need to see a 2 at the beginning of my BMI.
I did walk all 7 days but for some reason my iPod didn't record the walk I did on the 10th. I also did 2 5 miles walks instead of just the hour. Hopefully that gave me a little boost!

I followed my WW points all week so fantastic except for yesterday when I didn't count them at all and ate 5 milano cookies and 4 weigh****chers brownies, a piece of pound cake, 2 oatmeal raisin cookies and various other junk food (I think that covers my 35 flex points) for those of you who know the WW way...grrr But I did walk 3 miles everyday except yesterday it was raining and today I walked 5.5 miles!!
Well, I'm certainly not holding my breath for a loss; I'm hoping for not too much of a gain! AF is here, and I feel huge. On top of that, I ordered Domino's pizza last night and ate wayyyy more than a serving! Also shared a peanut buster parfait with Button today, and of course, I dumped. Anyway, we'll see.
