Convinced....

Ok so while I have been hoping for a girl I have never been convinced either way, and as you know we are not finding out.  So I am sitting there daydreaming yesterday about nothing in perticular when it hits me like a lightning bolt.  No just a what if, all of the sudden I KNOW I am having a Boy.  I had hardly even thought about the what if it's a boy but now I am not just convinced I am having one, I know down to the core of me it's a boy!!  Anyone ever experianced this?  Its not even like I was longing to know or anything.  For those of you who know The Word, it came to me the same way word of knowledge comes.  The same suddenly I know something I have no way of knowing, but I know it.

Well... I knew I was having a boy, too.  I am now raising a happy, healthy 20 month old girl!

LOL!  so in other words don't put too much faith in hormone enduced thoughts? 

 I also KNEW I was having a boy, even though I kinda would've preferred a girl, I just told everyone that it my mommy's intuition that I just KNEW it was a boy for some reason. 

I now have a happy healthy 5 year old GIRL. 

I understand exactly what you are saying.  This is my first child (but hubby 2nd-have 6 year old girl).   I told my hubby I didn't want to find out sex; and he says that is my decision (even tho he wants to know); but I feel 99% this is a boy-so finding out doesn't seem so exciting.  I have those typical signs it was a boy.  1) can pin point to the day we made "him" 2) very lil sickness 3) and heart beat was lower than 140.....

We are plannig for two, and ideally we want one of each, but this time wee both want a boy.....we'll see...guess it's a 50/50 chance...better than odds in Vegas.

I KNEW I was having a boy.  My GIRL is 19 months old today.   You've got a 50% chance of being right lol.

I'm with you - I was sitting in bed (before I even had a positve HPT) and just KNEW that I was pregnant and have an overwhelming GIRL feeling - guess we'll find out in May! we aren't going to find out early.

Can't wait to see if we are right!

 My mom always said she just knew. Then I remind her that when she was pregnant with my twin sisters she was insistent one of them was a boy. The are both 16 year old beautiful girls.  My girlfriend thought her second one was a girl and HE is 5 now.

DH and I are both having that girl feeling...  I just hope they're healthy!  but i really want a daughter
