OT - Facebook and Cooper's take on carseats

First -- I have a shell of an account on facebook (have for years) but never log on.  Recently I've noticed about 5 members of my family have added me... 

Tell me this :  Why would I want to use facebook? What do you do on it?  Why is it better than email? 

I know it's time for me to enter the 21st century.... I'm just moving slowly! 

Second -- earlier this week I asked about carseats for big boys (who are babies) and Cooper took exception... first he grabbed the keys and waved goodbye - he was going to drive himself!  (see below).  Then he got upset when we took away his keys and decided to hitch a ride!

Aside from the addictive games...lol... I like it because it is like a one stop shop for updates and info on friends and family. You can chat and also meet up with old friends and join different groups. I figure I can't be on the OH pregnancy board forever...Emad turns 2 next month...lol...

I just love Facebook, its great to keep up with people. Also there are a lot of ladies from this forum on there. If you decide to use it I will add you!

I was reluctant about facebook at first too - but now I am hooked. The little games are fun and it is just to just keep tabs on everyone. I feel like it is really a glimpse into the lives of the people that you know.

Cooper is just too cute! Thank God for digital photography huh??

I love FB. The games are addicting but I love being able to catch up with friends from H.S. (Altho the "friend" I call the "f*'in *****" found me. A little explination is she told me she could get any guy in school cause she was skinny and cute and I wasn't. Yeah, I am holding a small grudge. LOL

Cooper is just too cute yet again!

I am a FB junkie.  I love that I can update all my family and friends on my pregnancy with one message - and not have to type in a bunch of email addresses.  The quizzes are kinda fun and I also like to know what's going on with other people too.  If a friend mentions she's having a bad day, I can quickly do something to cheer them up!

And BTW, Cooper is too stinkin' cute!

I am new to FB but so far i really like it and have found so many old friends i went to school with, grew up with, etc.... I liked it so much i cancelled out my Myspace account

I like FB because it's a good way to get real time updates from people. It's a fun way to interact and connect!
