28 week pic

Here it is...28 weeks in all its glory.  I've gained 25 lbs (stop gasping!) and the girls are crazy in there with 8 limbs and 2 heads...I've nick-named them the "2 headed octopus".  I am contracting like crazy but cervix isn't changing a bit so that's good.  My belly aches, my previous c-section scar kills, and my stretchmarks burn.  I think I'm developing PUPPP and am itchy everywhere!  My hips feel like they want to pop out of their sockets, I'm exhausted, and my sciatic nerves are on fire.  Other than that, it's been GREAT!  LOL. 

Another ultrasound next week.  We are going bi-weekly now and will start the NSTs and weekly appointments in 4 weeks.  Now, just gotta get the room started and them some clothes.  Ugh.

PS, don't be fooled...my other hand is holding up my excess skin and my stretchmarks reach from below my belly button to almost as high as my shirt....they are just white and this is a camera phone.  HA!

That is a GREAT baby bump! I hope that the rest of your pregnancy goes as quickly and comfortably as possible!

What a cute belly pic, who cares if your holding up the skin, its adorable. Glad your doing well considering, not too much longer. Under the belly you look so small!!

Thanks!  I am very small on my lower half...I am a top-heavy girl.  Well, right now it's all in the middle.  ;-) 

Before I got pregnant with the twincesses, I was 160 lbs and yet wearing a size 6 pant with Large tops...if that tells ya anything!  LOL.

We are complete opposite, I have a large bottom half and small top. When I was wearing size 11/13 pants I was wearing small and medium shirts. Can we find a happy medium here? I so badly want to get to 160, I never even made it there after my surgery, now I sit at a FAT 235 and feel absolutely disgusting in my own body, actually been crying all day at the thought of it.

hey congrats on your twin girls- me too!! im due nov23, and are at 30 weeks- i too have put on 22 pounds and are expecting to deliver in a few weeks,... you look good!!  hows the rest of it been though? im worn out let me tell you... cant wait to meet my identical little miricles myself.. congrats again.

Thanks, congrats to you too!  I'm so tired of peeing.  I think I got up every 1.5 hours last night with a FULL bladder.  It makes me not even want to drink anything but I know I have to.  Ugh.  I have two boys and my youngest is a handful and taking a lot of my energy but I'm managing! 

I'm hoping I only have 8-10 more weeks!  Good luck to you!!!
