Hey! You are on my friends list and I have been following your WLS progress and you are doing great! Congrats on the weight loss so far!!! I became pregnant at 2.5mo post op and I still have not stopped losing. Baby is measuring 6.5 days ahead and also about .2 poinds ahead so we are looking great! I suggest meeting w/ your surgeon (or surgeons nurse) so they are on board (& don't let them scold you!) and also a meeting w/ your Nut and of course scheduling an OB appt. I know this isn't your first so I'm sure you are on top of it! Just for your info here are the vitamins I take daily. I just had my levels checked and they all came back normal!

Iron
C
B12 - sublingual
D x2
Calcium x2
Prenatle
Folic Acid

+ 32oz of milk & 80g of protein

Congratulations and you will do just fine! Send me a message if you ever have any questions!
