Thank You and a question

Ladies - wanted to Thank You from the bottom of my heart for getting me though this 2WW - it was HELL but SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOo worth it in the end - I got my BFP this morning!!!!!!!! WE aren't telling everyone just yet so please no PA board or FB.

I am just such a mix of emotions this morning! I got up with hubby before he went to work so we could test together. The shock is still there but so is fear. I am trying to push that out and tell myself that all is going to be OK but after having my loss in June I am petrified that it is going to happen again - any advice from the ladies who have suffered a MC then gone on to get PG??

Thanks again ladies for all you do!! I am praying that this bean is coated in super glue! lol

Congratulations!!!!

I'm still nervous about this pregnancy. I'm very, very slowly starting to relax. I think it got a little better once I had my first OB appt. and I think I'll feel even better once I see this LO's heartbeat.

Is your doc going to watch you more closely this time (blood levels, early u/s, etc)?

THanks! I see an OB group (5 drs) well the one I saw with the MC said she wanted to handle this pregnancy so I'll call her monday and leave a message. She said that we'll do an early US - probably around 8 weeks - probably no bloodwork because she doesn't trust my draw center (LAbcorp)

My miscarriage was so early (5 weeks) that I just didn't pay attention to cycles and got pregnant with Kaida the next month.  

I was nervous but I made it through. hugs

Yahhhh!! I was thinking about you this am. :)  Congrats.    Just stay positive.   I know it's hard after you've had a MC but just because you've had 1 doesn't mean you're going to have another.

Congrats! I knew you'd get a BFP today after all the symptoms you've been having. I think you knew you would too even though you tried not to get your hopes up.

No real advice on how I dealt with getting pregnant after my MC. I was very nervous with the next BFP but things didn't feel right that time and I knew it wouldn't turn out good.

The next time, I was in shock and I don't think I really thought it was real or safe to breathe until around 15-18 weeks. I'll be 21 weeks Tuesday and just today posted my news on FB (and announced he's a boy).

I guess the best advice it take it day to day. Like many women on here have said "Today I am pregnant."
