just a quick question... or two.
I've noticed that I've been feeling warmer recently. I took my temp today and it was 99.5. I know it's low, but is it normal for a woman's temp to be a little elevated during pregnancy? Should I call my Dr.?
Also, I have had hideous nausea for about a week now, and I went to the store today and bought some organic ginger tea, that is good for nausea and vomiting, is this safe to drink? I know some herbal teas are not good for pregnancy, but a lot of my preggo friends have recommended it to me. Has anyone drank this during pregnancy?
Thanks
Karen

When I had nausea with my last pregnancy my nutritionist urged me to chew on ginger and add it to my foods instead of chewing Tums. So, I'm assuming it's safe. I just don't like ginger or tea so I never did. Tums and soda crackers worked for me luckily...and it only lasted a week. However, this time it lasted much longer and I still couldn't bring myself to do ginger or tea. I know, what kind of Asian girl am I?! LOL.
Hope it subsides soon!
