A Rant on a Rainy Thursday
LOL....You go girl, with them Jersey roots. Every woman should have some Jersey or NY roots. I'm just thinking what my transplanted roots taught me. I'm originally from Oregon, but moved to NY 17 years ago, living there for 8 years before coming overseas...and still consider it to be 'home.'
My transplanted roots gave me backbone and taught me to speak my mind...usually politely but firmly unless someone just jumps on my last every-loving nerve in the wrong way. If I were going to your DD - or any place else for that matter and getting crappy customer service...I'd speak up...to them right there in their face....and how polite I was would depend on how pissed I was on that particular day. They wouldn't need a letter...they'd know on the spot what I thought of their service...and everyone around me would know too.
