Hi everyone,

Have any one took any diet pills after having their baby? It's been 4 months since I had baby Jayden and can not get any weight off. I still eat some times like I'm pregnant still. These darn Fat thoughts will not go away. I need to loss 35 Ibs. It's starting to stress me out.

I feel if I get on diet pills for about 2 weeks it will help me with the crazings and put me back on track. Have any one tired to do this and what pills did you take?

Thanks, Charmaine

Nope. No pills for me. All that was my pre-WLS days. Now I realize that being accountable, exercising and keeping track is the way to do it.

Diet pills aren't healthy or a decent way to lose weight. Get back to the basics again. Keep track of your food. Count calories. Cut back on fat & carbs. You can do it!

I use dailyplate.com but there are many site out there to help.

This is only my personal opinion of course.

When life hands you lemons, ask for tequila & salt and give me a call!

Thank you for your advise. I've been trying to do that and keep falling off track. I'm going to take it one day at a time. If I fall off the wagon,  I"ll get back on and try again.

Thanks again

I agree with Jo, count calories, exercise and accountability. I personally set my meal times and do not allow myself to eat in between and if I really want something I have an apple, cheese stick or something high fiber or protein. I do weigh****chers so I don't count calories but I count points. Good Luck.

I like keeping a food journal. That always helps me get back on track.
