Have any of you ladies used WW to get back on track and lose a few pounds?  I really want to lose 10-15lbs and was thinking about doing WW.  I did it many, many years ago and it was the easiest way for me to be accountable.  I just haven't followed any program like that after WLS.

Drew is only 4 weeks but as soon as he was born, I knew I had to get back on track QUICKLY so I started WW last week - I lost 4lbs. last week. I like WW because it brings you back to portion control. A lot of the women who were in my support group (prior to pregnancy) used WW too and were always successful.

Good luck!

Nice, good job!  I think I am going to go to the lunch meeting they have on Thursday.  I wanted to go tomorrow but I have to go to school at lunch time.  Fun!

Yes, I love weigh****chers it's the easiest way for me to keep track and keep accountability for my eating. WW is how I lost the weight from my first daughter in 7 months all 70 pounds. This time I don't even go to meetings I just know exactly what to do and just started yesterday again but have done really well for the first two days. I even started exercising again, I recommend that too. Good Luck

That is my plan, to just do it on my own.  I just don't have any of my stuff any more, namely the points slider thingy.  Once I get my hand on one of those then I think I will be set!  I can't wait.  18 pounds max is my goal, not bad.

There is an online points calculator that is free.

www.webmilhouse.com/pointcalc.php

I use that, and I write down everything I eat so I don't forget to count every point. If you don't know how many points just google "how many points can I have on weigh****chers" plenty of sites come up to get the info you need.

Malena,

I've not had a baby, but I've been at weigh****chers for the past year and a half.  It is a true blessing.  It is how I lost my weight.  My Band did not work for 2.5 years.  W.W. is amazing for accountability and support.  I love it there.

It is important to find a great meeting with a good leader - it makes all the difference.

Good Luck,

Leila
