Monday Weigh Day
Ok so I know I am not in this weighing thing yet BUT I did weigh last week at 3 weeks post op and I have lost 39lbs of the 40 that I gained with Lucas and since I *****ed so much my whole pregnancy I thought yall might like to hear me "not" *****ing about it for once! I still want to lose alot more I am sitting at 201lbs and I want to be WAY under that but right now I will just be super thankful I lost the baby weight!!

I really haven't done anything special which is a completel SHOCK but I will say after coming home I went right back to eating the way I should and had a very small appetite don't know how or why BUT I will take it!! I did go to the hopsital for 2 days for that bowel obstruction but that was about the only thing different! I am still pushing liquid like crazy since I am nursing and I am sure that helps! OH and I still eat sugar so that is BAD but I try to limit it!! and gosh girl I am sure it is harder when you have two little ones! hope it starts coming off soon!

I forgot to weigh yesterday with it being a holiday and being busy. So my weigh in is a day late. But I am down 2.5 pounds this week!
I am finally getting there. Offically only 7 pounds till my goal weight. I have fought with 10 pounds for 3 months. And I was so frustrated. But I hung in there and continued to keep trying. If it takes me 3 months to lose the other 7, then oh well. I want it and will stick to it.
I have been trying a different strategy the last week and a half and maybe thats what helped. Not sure.

Well according to dailyplate.com, I should have 1400 calories per day. And I was sticking to that or below.
What I decided to do was shake things up a little with my body.
I am doing 3 days in a row of those calories, then 3 days in a row of 1000 calories, then 3 days in a fow of 1200 calories. I am going to continue to do this. I just felt like maybe my body was getting used to the same thing. I am also trying to vary my foods a little more. And eating what I would normally have at breakfast.....at suppertime and vice versa.
So I am still counting calories, but just trying to vary things a little so my body doesn't get too used to the same routine.
So I don't know if that had anything to do withmy loss, but I am going to continue doing it and see.
