Need some advise
I ate at 2 today and about 4 I started having awful pain in my chest and it is so bad it hurts to move. Now I tried taking a prevacid and I tried tums thinking maybe its my tummy. It is not getting better and hurts to even take a deep breath. I was worried about maybe a gallstone or something but I dont want to seem silly to run to the labor and delivery since they wont see you anywhere else when you are pregnant or just wait. I have been throwing up and its now where its more like foam coming up than any food. YUCK I know. I just dont want to worry if it sound more like sever indigestion. Any idea would be great!!

Shannyn,
Abdominal pain can be so many things, I do not know what to tell you. I would let pain be your guide. Also, if you are still having the pain and running a fever at all, I would definitely go in. I know you do not want to go to L&D if it is nothing, but I think it is better to be safe than sorry. I am sending good thoughts your way in hopes the pain dissipates on its own.
Hugs!!!

Hope you are feeling better!! I had horiffic gall bladder issues - it was a stabbing/aching pain right under my right breast and it was aggrevated by anything that went in my mouth - food, water, anything! Ulcers - been there. done that too! That is a gnawing, aching burning pain right where your pouch is or just above. For me none of the "antiacids" did anything for the ulcer or the gall bladder.
What did you eat/drink before it started?
Maybe just a call into the on call Dr at the OB's office? Let them lead you in the right direction.

About 2 I had a couple french fries and a few pieces of meat. There was no pain at first then after about 2 hours is when I started hurting. I know I sound silly but it really hurts to move and I never had issues eating or anything so its kind of stange. It hurts moving or breathing. I was thinking if it was indigestion it would have gone by now but I dont know about gall stones and all and the problem is when I look things up its always about where things usually are and where pain usually is but what about when you are pregnant and everything is moved around from the baby growin and all? I am trying to be all tough and pretend its all ok but now its been like this for about 5 hours and its just not letting up now. Thinking about calling L&D but they always just say come in and man last 2 times I did they admitted me.

Sounds like a gallbladder attack to me. We're prone post op but pregnancy also aggrevates it. I say, go in somewhere.

Sounds like you have something stuck and it has gas trapped in there. I know that sounds like it couldn't possibly cause that much pain, but it happened to me one day and I seriously thought I was having a heart attack(because of my history). I knew it wasn't one when the pain wouldn't go away. The only thing I know that gets meat unstuck (except good old fashioned time and slippery foods) is papaya enzymes----DO NOT TAKE PAPAYA WHEN PREGNANT!!! IT CAN CAUSE UTERINE CONTRACTIONS.
Try to push liquid and massage just under your left rib in a clockwise/counter clockwise motion. If it doesn;t go away after a while, go the er.
