Light Spotting...Trying not to panic

Hey guys...Im in the dreaded 2WW and my transfer was Saturday.  I woke up this morning with light pink spotting.  My discharge papers said it was possible so I tried to be nonchalant about it but when you've had a miscarriage in the past its hard not to have those crazy thoughts.  I guess my boosted up hormones don't help either but here I am at work with my feet up crying because I feel like I'm about be back where I started again.  My doctor's office tried to be comforting but said "didn't we tell you to expect some light bleeding".  Which is how I started my question, to them, I know you said...but I'm a little concerned about any bleeding based on my history.  I guess they're trying to tell me I'm worrying prematurely.  I have no other symptoms or pain but I guess I'm just expressing my worry of the day to people who I know knows how it feels.

((Hugs)) I would suppose it might be to early for implantation bleeding?  But I would suspect they would be very honest if they felt you needed to be concerned, and if they told you not to worry...just keep your feet up, keep healthy, and no more crying as stress isn't good for anyone who is trying to bake a baby.  (Easier said then done -I know as a m/c survivor too).  Sending positive thoughts.

Thanks, just what I was wanting to hear...I am trying not to do stress overload so I thought venting through OH was the right option.  I appreciate your comments.

Oh sweetie. I know it's so hard. I had three days of very light spotting at the beginning of this pregnancy(before week four). I immediately started to prepare myself for the worse.

It stopped and I haven't had any since. Guess what---still worried.

Hope you feel better and it's implantation spotting.

Angie

Yes, I know that when you have a struggle to get pg its hard to do the roller coaster, but some come off the ride with the prize and then its worth it.  I pray its that way for you and I too, well to all the women TTC that have really worked hard and want to be someone's mom, they're included too.  Its quite a journey.

I know how you feel about the worry. It is so easy to worry even when we know it could be alright but anyone who has lost a child will always worry till they are holding their baby and everything is alright and then its all a different worry from then on. Being pregnant now for my 7th time with only 2 boys at home, I know the feeling and can tell you its always there but you have to keep the positive vibes going and I am sure if the docs office was worried you would bein there with them for them to check things out. I am hoping everything turns out well for you and keep posting!! Its a great way to work out your feelings!! We are here for you!

Thanks Shannyn,

Your posts are always so encouraging!  I think I'm feeling better a little for today.  The crying has stopped at least now I'm just trying to think about work and other things to occupy my mind.  Thanks again.

Chavon..

I know that it is easier said than done, but try not to stress.  Stay optimistic and assume that it is implantation bleeding.

I have a feeling that you are going to be just fine...hang in there!
