OK....anyone got any super great tasting protein shake recipes?  I'm looking for recipes that I can use the protein powders that I buy at Walmart.  I never really drank protein shakes when I was first post-op so...anyone have a protein supplement they like that can be purchased at Walmart?

I also get the chocolate protein powder from Wal Mart.  I get chocolate.  And I use Ice, Milk, Banana and a scoop of PB.  It's delish!!!!!!
I think what makes them good is using fruit.  So if you have vanilla, you could use peaches, Or chocolate you could use raspberries, strawberries, etc.  Yummy!

Starbucks has a great one!  Their strawberry banana vivano has like 18 g of protein, fiber, and you can cut the calories by asking for nf milk and only half a banana.  My surgeon never wanted us to drink protein drinks so I'm not sure how many g's a GOOD one has.  But this one sure tastes good!!  Plus, it has NO added sugar.  Just 100% strawberry puree, banana, scoop of the whey protein/fiber, ice, and milk.  YUMMO!
