So this may sound like a stupid question, but I really don't know.

I was talking to someone who had a stomach surgery and they said their doc automatically had them have a c-section b/c of it....

is that the case w/ bypass patients?

Not at all. Like Amy said lots of WLS patients have vaginal deliveries. I had a 26 hour labor and then a csection because baby got stuck in the canal...nothing to do with WLS. I am trying for a vaginal delivery this time as well. Are you preggers?? Shari

My dr. totally refused to open me up, unless Luke was in distress then he would have. He didn't want to have to deal with the scare tissue and whatever else is in there.

I was able to deliver vaginally.
