I think I've gone full fledge hardcore into my nesting phase.  To those BTDT moms... typically how long after you hit this phase did you go into labor?  My mom has forbidden me to have this baby before Sept 3, as they will not be able to get here in time .  LOL  Im in Canada and they are in PA.

ETA:  I went upstairs to my bedroom to move the bassinet out of the main walkway since we keep tripping over it in the middle of the night.  In the process of moving it.  I wound up cleaning the room from top to bottom.. SERIOUSLY!    I moved the king size bed... vacuumed under it, vacuumed the walls and the ceilings and the curtains!  Holy! LOL

I think mine was about a week before with my first one. Then I was in a couch coma for a few days before my last one. My second one started trying to get here at 28 weeks. By the 35th week when he got here I was so exhausted from contractions and meds to keep me from labor. Sounds like you are being producitve though!! Be careful moving things!!! :)

I'm only 25 weeks and doing the SAME thing.  All of a sudden all our clutter just got to me and I've been shredding papers and getting rid of old crap making way for the babies.  Ugh...I won't be moving furniture (that would send me into preterm labor for sure!) but I'm doing all the little things I can that are just bugging me!

Hope you have the baby soon!

I don't remember going into the nesting phase.  I just remember thinking I still have a almost 2 weeks before my c-section I have plenty of time to pack my bag and pick up food to eat after we get out of the hospital..  Boy was I wrong.  LOL

Let's hope your LO waits until Sept 3 for their arrival for your mom's sake!

Nesting would hit me like 2 weeks before giving birth the last baby was born at 38 weeks.

Best of luck to you!

I went through my nesting stage AFTER Drew was born. I've been cleaning for the past 2 weeks - before he was born, his nursery wasn't even done!

I have one question...Will you please come to my house?...LOL.  I am only 10 weeks and already thinking about all that I need to do to get the house ready.  Right now..I am entirely too tired to do anything but make it to work and back home.  I am hoping that I get my energy back in the next few weeks and I will get rolling on getting everything prepared.  I figured that I should wait too far into the last trimester because I may be too big and uncomfortable to be cleaning the  closet....

LOL..  My husband said last night, that I've done more work around the house in the last 2 days than I have in the last 37 weeks! He's totally right too.  I've been a low energy couch potato until this week.  But I did a bit too much yesterday and I;m kinda sore today so I haven't done anything yet.
