OT: Want to know where we're moving to next?!
Anyways...if all goes well...we'll be leaving here in a few months hopping to the other side of the world. Thought I'd let you all in on the news since I share so much of all my other business w/you!

Sofia wasn't my top choice...but it'll do. At least I still know the Cyrillic alphabet...so I can pronounce words...I just have to figure out what the important ones mean.

DH works w/his brother w/a company they own in Egypt. He does a lot of the research/phone calls, and travels back there 2-3 times a year while his brother takes care of things there in Egypt. I think he's more tired of moving than I am...and at least being in Bulgaria, it's a hop skip and jump to Egypt compared to the 20-30 hour flight from here!

So the work you do..is it contract work for the U.S. Govt or something else...if you can disclose that is.
What is the healthcare/fertility options like there...lol?
I'm a direct hire for the USG. I'm the support staff in my office (the only one)...sort of the supply tech, computer tech, secretary, file clerk, financial officer, admin officer, HR officer, etc...all in one.
You know...I hadn't even looked into the fertity issue there. I believe (hope) that they have acceptable drs there...and if not...I'l just have to jaunt to a nearby country (Italy sounds good to me!) for whatever assistance is needed. I don't know if there's a dr at work there or a nurse pratictioner...it varies from country to country...but God willing, I hope to be pg again with a sticky-as-super-glue bean before I leave? We'll be trying the IUI again as soon as my DH gets back next month...so it's possible.
How's the fasting coming for you? I'm OK...it's just so hard to stuff as much protein in as possible, followed by liquids. Sometimes I think it'd be easier if I could just have an IV in for a few hours while I sleep. Lazy, I know...but it would work for me. I'd put up with it.

Oh well, I need to lose 15-20 lbs that seems to creep on and off throughout the year. I wish I could work out but no time or energy..paying for a membership that will have to wait....
Italy is awesome I can tell you...the other places not sure but I bet just as nice.
Wow, 4am til 11pm....yikes! Hopefully, easier there.
Sounds like you get to run the show...as most women HAVE to do.
I always told hubby with his background and languages he should explore something like this. He is not into being a translator for the military as a conflict in religious and personal beliefs but something more in this scope for business might suit him...but as you said...procrastinators! LOL
I was so glad Ramadan started on the weekend...that meant I could stay up late drinking and eating a little...then sleep most of the day away for Saturday and Sunday. I normally can't sleep the day away...but I did last weekend. My son has been dragging me to the gym about every other day - he goes every day - and I hate going to the gym because I feel like the whole time I'm there, I'm jus****ching the clock to see if I've been punished enough and can leave. I do good walking outside just hate the confines of the gym. Hopefully it helps a little combing the two.
LOL - Are you sure we're not married to the same man?! I tell DH all the time that he should find something to do w/his language skills - his English is so good he barely has an accent...it only shows up in a few words (enthusiasm and all it's derivatives just to name one). I totally understand re the conflicts in religions and personal beliefs...My DH is the same way.
If you weren't geographically challenged (ie you live in the wrong state), I'd tell you he could apply as a translator at the UN...they need all sorts of translators. He speaks French too doesn't he? If so...if you wanted to live overseas...he could try applying for a translator position for NATO. I can't remember what they call their positions...but they have special positions that you end up only paying about 2-5% in taxes on the salary - and its a good sized salary - and they pay housing and school too.
