20 Week Update...
So we went in to the office still undecided about finding out...the sonographer said well if the baby shows us then we will find out and otherwise we wont...so she had the probe on my tummy for about 2 minutes and HE flashed us...put his butt straight against the screen seems like lol so...
ITS A BOY!!!!!!!
Got a great shot of his stuff (hubby just sat in the waiting room after the ultrasound and would not let me put the pic away he just held it...he is so proud!)
Baby is doing great weighing in at 12oz, all his vital parts are there and doing great. My BP was a little higher than it has been but we were extremely excited. Weight (I always forget to ask and she never brings it up so I guess it is good too)
The sonographer did find nubothian cysts (sp?) on my cervix which she assured me were perfectly normal so I will do some research on that.
Afterwards we met his Mom and Dad, my Mom and sister and her husband at Olive Garden and shared our happy news...They are super excited and the mother-in-law got put in her place by the rest of the table when she made an ugly comment about our name choice which at the moment is Memphis Drake. She said "I sure hope they change that name" Everyone at the table spoke up (hubby had to leave for an emergency at this store) and said "I like that name" "It is unique" etc...I was so glad we are having a boy and that we picked a name she wasn't a fan of ya know? lol
So afterwards I called hubby to see what he was doing and he was at the mall baby clothes shopping lol How cute is that? We went to Babies R Us an updated our registry with some clothes choices...

Look- HE made your decision easy. Congrats- and I am all about liking old names, or unusual names so the kiddo's don't have to deal with the 8 other people in their class or sport named the same thing. (I always have to double check they want me at my appointments...at one point they tried to give me a depo shot at the PCP!) Husbands get so funny when they really start to attach- mine last night was like I just want to be able to call her by her name when I talk to her. Cute-At least sometimes, they are tolerable.
Thanks Jessica!!! I love your little ones name too! My photography business is named Bella portraits by Flora lol I would love to have a Bella but our last name is Luna so that would sound sorta silly lol I was glad my "posse" stood up for our babies name too! lol

YAY! I'm so happy for you! Glad everything is healthy. Your hubby sounds sooo excited. It's just adorable!
Dave will be that way if this one's our girl. Sounds strange, I know. Even though Niko is the apple of his eye, I think he wants a "Daddy's girl"...hehe.
P.S. I love that name! MIL is gonna hate our names too, but we're not telling anybody(but you ladies-hehe****il the day the baby's born.
